Meet the team Richard Arthur Prior to forming Connected Home Loans in 2006 with my fellow director Derek Holden I was employed by the ANZ Banking Group for 18 years in various general banking and lending roles during this time I completed a diploma in Business management through Deakin University. Since leaving the Bank I successfully operated a retail business for six years before returning back to the finance industry as an Accredited Mortgage Consultant in 2003. I believe our business has been built on the basis of putting our client's first.   Derek Holden Connected Home Loans was established in 2006 with my business partner Richard Arthur, and our loyal customer base has been growing steadily since, largely due to our commitment to our clients to deliver and satisfy their needs. My banking career began in 1978 when I joined the Savings Bank of South Australia, which of course later became BankSA where I held several Lending Manager roles in the Adelaide CBD until leaving the Bank in 2000. My time with the Bank taught me the importance of commitment the building of client relationships, establishing myself as their first contact point for all their financial needs. I see these values as being the cornerstone on which Connected Home Loans has been built, where client needs are met as a priority.   Graeme Maylin Hi, my name is Graeme Maylin. I have been part of the Connected Home Loans team for the past 2 years. Prior to this I worked for the ANZ Bank for 39 years. My role then and now hasn't changed to any significant degree with the no.1 priority being providing the customer 1" class service and always having the customer's best interest at heart.       Elizabeth Arthur I commenced employment as an office administrative assistant with Connected Home Loans in January 2007; I have since completed my required education and training to become an Accredited Mortgage Consultant. At Connected Home Loans my goal is to continue to learn and grow within the business and I look forward to being of assistance to each and every one of our valuable customers.
